For the year 2022 we have established the following capital goals:

Purchase of an electric motor to use on Nokomis and Mississippi to facilitate a safety and coach's launch program and start a journey toward a junior program. Pricing of a sufficiently powerful electric motor is forecasted at $3,000

Research and purchase a quad for the year 2023. One gap that we have in our team boat fleet is the quad. We have consistently rented quads for competition and have performed well. With a competitive quad in the fleet we could better attract competitive rowers and improve on past results through increased practice in the boat. Pricing is TBD but the goal would be to build toward a $10,000 dollar threshold.
